This survey is for single parents of preschool-age children who are on, or have been on, Universal Credit. The aim is to gather enough data on how conditionality while caring for small children impacts families.

--This survey is completely anonymous. I will not collect your name or contact details, unless you choose to share them at the end.
--It covers your family situation, your experience of Universal Credit, thoughts about work and unpaid care, and the impact conditionality has had on you. TW: It includes a question on domestic abuse.
--It takes around 10 minutes. You can skip questions or stop at any point.
--Your responses may be quoted anonymously on this site or shared in a publication about Universal Credit and single parenting. I will never identify you.
